Our research aims to make positive changes to coach, teacher and practitioner development and inform policy and practice to improve people’s lives. Over the past 6 months, an expert panel of researchers and professionals have been working to develop a Physical literacy Consensus for England. The consensus statement aims to provide a shared understanding of what physical literacy is.

This project focuses on the role olfactory and oral perception plays in shaping our consummatory experiences, preferences, and food seeking behaviours. Research into this area is important to health research, shaping understanding of individual differences in food selection, consumption, and other dietary behaviours.
