This project focuses on the role olfactory and oral perception plays in shaping our consummatory experiences, preferences, and food seeking behaviours. Research into this area is important to health research, shaping understanding of individual differences in food selection, consumption, and other dietary behaviours.
LJMU works with subcontractors in key subject areas to ensure our apprenticeships meet the needs of apprentices, employers, and regulatory bodies.
Now under new #UKSPF funding, the Low Carbon Eco-Innovatory teams at LJMU and University of Liverpool are eager to get supporting even more Liverpool City Region businesses to decarbonise.
