University shortlisted for three THELMAs

The University has been shortlisted for Outstanding Leadership and Management Team in addition to being nominated in two other categories in this year’s Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards (THLEMAs).

The University was also shortlisted for Knowledge Exchange/Transfer Initiative of the Year, with an entry from the Centre of Entrepreneurship and Outstanding Employer Engagement Initiative, with a submission from the World of Work Careers Centre.

65 universities were successful in being shortlisted and LJMU is one of only seven institutions to receive three nominations, which was the highest number of nominations received by any one university.

The awards ceremony is on Thursday 22 June at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.

The THELMA nominations follow LJMU’s success with the Educate North Awards, which saw the University shortlisted for six submissions.
