We have launched a brand new app version of MyLJMU.
Since the start of the academic year we have had nearly 1m clicks on our student portal and have now made an app version available on the Android and Apple stores (search for ‘MyLJMU’).
We are constantly adding more and more features to it and for this academic year we have:
- Upgraded the email service (which consistently comes out as the most used service), which is also the same web email service that colleagues access when you click on the ‘email’ quick link on the staff intranet
- Redeveloped Student Support Funding as an online service accessible from MyLJMU
- Added “Personal Circumstances” to the MyServices section
- Included a student view of Learner Digital Engagement (for levels 3 and 4)
We are constantly looking to improve the app and the services that it pulls together and are always adding new features.
We are currently looking at ‘See My Tutor’ and how we can improve that service, so if you have any feedback please share.
