Professional Services Conference 2020 - call for submissions extended

The main theme of this conference is 'Continuous Improvement: the Art of the Possible'. In response to positive feedback from last year's conference, we again welcome submissions on the sub-theme of Health and Wellbeing.

Confirmed Keynote speakers are:

Peter Cheese

Peter is the Chief Executive of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is recognised as a consultant, speaker and writer in the field of human capital and organisation, and has worked with many organisations, practitioners and thought leaders in this field. He was voted as the UKs most influential thinker in HR for 2013 by HR Magazine. He is also a non-exec director at BPP University, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Open University Business School.

John Hogg

John is Director of Continuous Improvement at the University of Strathclyde. He is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the University’s continuous improvement activity and national Higher Education agendas including Value for Money, Effectiveness and Efficiencies. John’s current external commitments include being Chair of Lean HE Europe and a member of the Lean HE Global Steering Group. John was previously the Chair of Lean HE Scotland and a member of Universities Scotland Efficiencies & Effectiveness Committee.
