A month full of free activities to support your wellbeing



Feel Fab Feb

Ever wanted to learn how to play a Ukelele, take part in a spinathon, try some mindful doodling, or take part in a mass meditation. 

Want to know more about managing your money and energy bills, talk to someone about your sexual health or find out more about reading for wellbeing? 

Feel Fab Feb is a months' worth of free activities, workshops and events, throughout February for students and staff to get involved in. 

There will also be free food throughout the month including breakfast on Time To Talk Day (2 February), free pancakes (21 February) and Soup and Chat (22 February).  

At LJMU the health of students and staff is really important and the sessions aim to help you look after your own wellbeing, so make sure to get involved!
