Look after your wellbeing throughout the year

Thanks to all staff and students who took part in Feel Fab Feb 2023.

Throughout the month of February, we’ve had free workshops, events and activities for our LJMU community to get involved in.

From money and energy advice drop ins, to charity spinathons and a mass meditation, Feel Fab Feb provided information, support and sessions to help students and staff look after their own wellbeing.

And even though the month is over, that doesn't mean prioritising your health and wellbeing should be.

For students:

There are lots of events from the LJMU SAW Team and JMSU going on throughout the rest of the year. Plus, there's always support from our Student Advice and Wellbeing Team should you need it.

For staff:

The Staff Wellbeing Hub has a range of resources for all staff including how to speak to an LJMU Connector plus information on Vivup and looking after your mental health, wellbeing and finances. You can also keep an eye on events happening throughout the year on the staff events page.

Listen back to our guided meditation

As part of Feel Fab Feb and as one of our Bicentenary events, School of Psychology PhD student and mindfulness teacher Tony Bennett guided us through a fifteen minute mass meditation.  For anyone that was unable to listen live, you can listen back, any time, to the mass meditation here.
