I am currently studying on the Doctor of Education (EdD) programme of LJMU. I am in my third year and have just started my thesis phase.

I presently work as a Primary Special Needs Teacher and have been teaching for nine years. I worked within a Designated Special Provision (DSP) and have taught across all of the age groups. The children who are educated within the DSP have a variety of needs and this has given me a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw on.

Prior to teaching I worked as a support worker for adults with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder diagnosis who lived within a residential setting and semi supported living.
