Holly Devlin

Holly joined the School in September 2022. She is module leader for 4029LAWCJ Human Rights Social Justice and the Law, 5035LAWCJ European Criminal Law, and 5036LAWCJ Criminal Evidence. She is a module tutor for 5020LAWCJ Professional Development. Prior to joining LJMU, Holly was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Edge Hill University where she taught across a range of core undergraduate modules including; Criminal Law, Tort Law, and Public Law.

Holly's research interests include international criminal law, international human rights law, public international law, and the process of judicial dialogue. She is in the final stages of completing her PhD which considers the inconsistent treatment of the legality principle before a range of international criminal tribunals and the European Court of Human Rights.
