Tim Parsons is a Honorary Research Fellow at the Centre for Advanced Policing Studies. He has previously worked as a lecturer in policing at the London Metropolitan University and the University of Plymouth.
From Washington DC through Ouagadougou, Tbilisi and Ulan Bator, Tim has worked in twenty-five countries across the globe as a teacher, mentor, coach and researcher seeking to provide answers to the challenges of modern policing. He has led multi-national project teams for the OSCE, the IOM and the UN-OHCHR.
