I combine my role at LJMU with a role as tax director in practice. I teach the taxation module to L6 students on the Acccounting and Finance degree course. I have thirty years experience of advising clients on taxation matters, and I use this experience to bring the taxation module to life for the students, combining the tehoery with taxation in practice. I also have many links with the commercial world and I use these to identify career opprtunities for our students.
