I have been a senior lecturer in the John Moores Business School since 2019, and have taught on a variety of modules on the Business Management BA and BSC programmes.

I have a vast amount of experience in Family Business management, spanning 3 decades since the mid-nineties and continue to be a co-director of a Fashion Footwear wholesale business that operates from the Manchester region.

This context has shaped the the PHD research that I am currently undertaking, titled 'SME, South Asian Family Fashion Businesses: Competitive Advantage and their Unique Capital. Manchester Fashion Institute.
