Dr Konstantina Skritsovali

Konstantina is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management at LJMU and Faculty Co-Lead for PRME. Konstantina has been using innovative approaches to teaching and learning and focuses on how gamification and extracurricular activities can enhance student learning and overall experience. In June 2022, she won a Faculty Excellence Award for Outstanding Contribution in Teaching & Learning.

Konstantina’s interests revolve around social responsibility, sustainable business models and, responsible management education. She is particularly interested in exploring the role of collaborative networks in supporting sustainable and inclusive growth and also, the role of responsible management education as a change agent. She is currently leading a project to map the representation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in LBS.

Konstantina is a CMBE, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and, a PRME Local Network Co-Lead for the NorthWest of England and Wales regions. She is an external examiner for the University of Surrey and, University of Bolton. In the past, she was the chair of the British Academy of Management (BAM) Sustainable and Responsible Business Special Interest Group. Prior to working at LJMU, she was a Lecturer in Business Management at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Konstantina supervises two doctoral candidates and welcomes opportunities to supervise postgraduate projects related to her research and teaching interests.
