Konstantina is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management at LJMU and Faculty Co-Lead for PRME. Prior to working at LJMU, she was a Lecturer in Business Management at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Konstantina’s research interests revolve around social responsibility, sustainable business models and, responsible management education. She is particularly interested in exploring the role of collaborative networks in supporting sustainable and inclusive growth and also, the role of responsible management education as a change agent.
Konstantina is a CMBE, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and, a PRME Local Network Co-Lead for the NorthWest of England. She is an external examiner for the University of Surrey and, University of Bolton. In the past, she was the chair of the British Academy of Management (BAM) Sustainable and Responsible Business Special Interest Group.
Konstantina is interested in supervising PhD projects related to her research and teaching interests.
