With a Master’s in coaching and mentoring and a Doctorate in leadership development, I am well
placed to facilitate at all levels of leadership and management. Through my role in Lancaster
University Management School, I deliver leadership development which includes coaching for
senior leaders across a wide range of organisations across both the public and private sectors
within the UK as well as delivering a leadership programme for plant managers for a global glass
manufacturing group.

Having held leadership roles in a range of contexts, including executive leadership within the third
sector, I have a wealth of personal experience on which to draw, and am able to ask the challenging
questions of participants. As my current practice interfaces with a global community, I am also able
to learn from, and share widely, the experiences of others, particularly through the period of
significant change and uncertainty so many organisations have been going through during the
pandemic.
