Eventually, she found her way back to law. After post-graduate study in the USA where she obtained a LL.M in International Comparative Law, Laura worked as a lawyer in a large UK commercial law firm where she specialised in corporate law.
Laura joined LJMU in 2011 and is a lecturer on the LLB and LLM Programmes. She is the Module Leader for the Law of Contract on the LLM and the LLB, and the Module Leader for International Trade and Finance Law on the LLM and the LLB. She is also the Programme Leader for the LLM in Legal Practice.
