Omoleye joined the School of Civil Engineering and Built Environment, LJMU in March 2020 as a Senior Lecturer. Prior to joining LJMU, she worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Quantity Surveying at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. Omoleye is an Honorary Lecturer at the University College London, UK.
After her undergraduate training in Quantity Surveying, she worked as a contractor's Quantity Surveyor for over five years after which she was awarded the highly competitive scholarship ($53,754) of the Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Programme for a two-year Master of Philosophy programme in Infrastructure Management at Yokohama National University, Yokohama, Japan. Upon the completion of her Masters programme, she worked as a consultant Quantity Surveyor in Niger Delta Development Commission, Nigeria. In 2015, Omoleye won the fellowship of the prestigious Schlumberger Foundation Faculty for the Future ($200,000) that funded her Doctoral research at the University College London, UK in Construction Project Management. She is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy. Omoleye is the novella author of "Breaking stiff Boundaries" and the Founder/Coordinator of "Fullexcellence Foundation for Women (FFfW)" - www.fullexcellence.org
