My research background is in physical health and well-being. I have expertise in intervention development and evaluation, long-term physical health conditions (especially diabetes), language and health messaging, inequalities, and using positive psychology approaches to facilitating positive mental health.

I want my work to support others and to encourage people to become their 'best possible selves' (see publication profile).
