I studied Sports Science at Brunel University and then went onto to study Dietetics at Hertfordshire University. From there I worked in the NHS for 2 and a half years whilst studying a postgrad in Sports & Exercise Nutrition. I have previously worked at Manchester City, with both the academy and Women’s team. Since that I have worked with the Salford Red Devils Rugby League team and Crawley Town FC.
