Jane is CEO at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital since 2013, LHCH was the first specialist Trust to be rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, in 2016 with a second “Outstanding” rating in 2019. Jane’s focus on culture, improvement and inclusion has seen the Trust consistently perform at the highest levels.
Previously a Finance Director at North of England Strategic Health Authority, North West SHA and Countess of Chester Foundation Trust. Jane continues to mentor a number of finance professionals.
Jane holds CPFA and MBA qualifications, and was awarded an OBE for services to NHS finance in the Queen's New Year's Honour’s in 2016.
