Submissions from across the LJMU community and our partner organisations are now being sought for the 2023 conference taking place in June.
This year’s Students at the Heart Conference will take place on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 June and you can now register for sessions and workshops.
All staff and students are invited to this year’s Students at the Heart Conference (SATHC) which will take place on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 June in the Student Life Building and Redmonds Building.

Liverpool John Moores University is celebrating after being announced the winners of two awards at the Times Higher Education Awards (THE) 2025.
LJMU is one of 15 teams to win the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) and an LJMU academic has also been awarded one of 54 National Teaching Fellows (NTF). Dr Philip Denton, Principal Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences, is the recipient of the NTF and the paramedic team at LJMU’s Schools of Nursing and Allied Health received the CATE.
Submissions are welcome from students and staff across the university.
