  1. LJMU receives Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence and National Teaching Fellowship

    LJMU is one of 15 teams to win the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) and an LJMU academic has also been awarded one of 54 National Teaching Fellows (NTF). Dr Philip Denton, Principal Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences, is the recipient of the NTF and the paramedic team at LJMU’s Schools of Nursing and Allied Health received the CATE.

  3. How to spot a phishing or malicious email

    As part of LJMU’s ongoing security awareness programme, the IT Services team will be conducting phishing simulation exercises to ensure that all staff can recognise and report phishing attempts.

  4. Academic promotions grade 7 to 8

    Eligible academic staff at grade 7 are invited to apply for promotion to senior lecturer or senior teaching fellow at grade 8.
