#IamRemarkable, Google Garage and NatWest Business Builder training

If you haven’t yet checked out Google’s Digital Garage, c’mon get with the programme!

Google Garage is supporting LJMU’s Global Entrepreneurship Week (16 – 22 November) with a series of superb and state-of-the-art business training for students and staff.

Even if you’re not setting up a business, these skills are universally useful, like social media, self-promotion, writing, pitching and web creation.

Created by Google and facilitated by the university’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, the sessions will be mostly webinars broadcast live via YouTube. An experienced trainer from Google leads each session. The topics are perfect for those wanting to develop key employability and enterprise skills.

20 November – 3 – 4.30pm. NatWest Business Builder 60 Second Pitch. Learn all the tools, tips and hints for you to crack on with writing a pitch you are proud of. The LJMU and Google Digital Garage partnership is being coordinated by Student Advancement - LJMU's Careers, Employability and Enterprise team. In the 20/21 academic year, there are more mini series of live webinars planned alongside the existing range of careers advice, enterprise workshops, placement support and Unitemps job roles.
