I am a senior lecturer in mental health and a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have worked within mental health for over 10 years, starting my journey within acquired brain injury before training specifically within the CBT specialism. I am passionate about developing awareness, reducing stigma and increasing access to support for those suffering with mental health problems. I am the North-West lead trainer for Making Every Contact Count for Mental Health for the Royal Society of Public Health.
