Where to get help
You are never alone at Liverpool John Moores University. There is always a range of support services available that can be targeted towards your particular circumstances.
If you or someone you are with is in immediate danger or harm, then call the Police or Ambulance Service on 999.
If you need to talk to someone right now about the way you are feeling.
If you need an extension to deadline due to personal circumstances please speak to your Module or Programme Leader in the first instance.

Our wellbeing advisors are here to help you with any issues you are having a University that are affecting your wellbeing and/or mental health.
Please contact our wellbeing advisors in the first instance to talk through any issues you have. As well as being able to refer you to our counselling and/or mental health team if appropriate they can also refer/signpost to other services within student advice and wellbeing and the wider University.

Throughout the year we offer a range of workshops around wellbeing and mental health.
