    The Centre for Natural Products Discovery is concerned with preventing and curing disease.     From geology lecturer to Registrar and Chief Operating Officer, Clare joined the polytechnic as it prepared to become a university and has followed the journey of LJMU from its beginnings in the early 1990s to present day. She is passionate about the transformative power of education.

    Researchers in the Centre in Evolutionary Anthropology and Palaeoecology have used drones for the conservation of habitats, discovered how Neolithic agriculture spread, and uncovered the earliest evidence of hunting - to point out just a few of our achievements.
