Toast to your success celebration event
Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 March 2027
This is a celebration event held after your graduation ceremony. Your graduation ceremony takes place at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.
After your ceremony, you and up to four guests are invited to celebrate your achievements at the Crypt at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, with the entrance on Brownlow Hill.
Join your fellow graduates, professors, and staff to celebrate this special occasion.
Your email invitation
Look out for an email inviting you to book your free tickets to Toast to your Success - a ticketed celebration for the Class of 2026.
Do not confuse this with your Graduation invitation email.
The link to book your event will be in the Toast to your Success email.
Arriving at the Crypt
When you arrive at the Crypt on Brownlow Hill, you will need to show your Eventbrite booking confirmation to staff, and you will be given a free drinks ticket. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
This informal social event gives you a chance to celebrate with your Graduation guests and your LJMU family, to reminisce while you enjoy a few drinks, and take plenty of selfies to make memories of this wonderful day and your fantastic achievement.
You are welcome to wear your academic robes to the event. If you prefer to show off your Graduation outfit, you can return your robes to the LJMU Sport Building following the ceremony.
