Toast to your success celebration event

Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 April 2026

All students who register to attend graduation at the Liverpool Cathedral are invited to bring up to four guests to the John Lennon Art and Design Building, 2 Duckinfield Street, Liverpool, L3 5RD, after your official ceremony, for a celebration of your achievements with fellow graduates, professors, and staff members from your School.

After registration to attend graduation has opened check your emails for your invitation to book tickets for Toast to your Success - a free, ticketed event for our graduating class of 2026.

You will be asked to show your Eventbrite booking confirmation to staff on arrival at John Lennon Art and Design Building, to receive your free drinks tickets and access the event.

This is an informal social event giving you the chance to introduce your graduation guests to your LJMU family, reminisce while you enjoy a few drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available) and take plenty of selfies to remember this wonderful day and your fantastic achievement.

You are welcome to wear your academic robes to the event. If you prefer to show off your graduation outfit once your ceremony is over, you can return your gown, hood and cap to the LJMU Sport Building first.

Please note:
Spaces are limited and bookings will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. There is a strict maximum of four (4) guests per graduand.
