Cummins

Within each area Guglielmo has demonstrated teamwork, great communication skills, results orientated and flexibility. Due to the rotation he had only 12 weeks to learn the role and fulfil it effectively and efficiently. He has been able to find a place in each of the teams, which has been a challenge due to our hybrid working and therefore not having a full team in the office each day or even each week.

Recently we’ve had a new rollout of a laptop upgrade. Guglielmo was chosen to be a key part of this process. During the week, he needed to time manage the IT team and those who were receiving a laptop change. He was professional, dealt with some challenging stakeholders and kept everyone to time and accountable for their upgrades. I received some great feedback about him during this time. - Abi Hayden, Senior HR Administrator
