Academic Achievement appointments

You can book an appointment with a tutor to get personalised advice on your assignment writing. This might include any aspect of writing an assignment, such as planning and organising your ideas, using critical analysis or developing effective academic writing. We can also offer advice on using maths in your studies, and all aspects of data analysis and statistics software.

You can choose to have your appointment in the way that suits you best:

• In-person - you'll meet a tutor at the Student Life Building
• Online - a tutor will meet with you on Microsoft Teams
• Via email - you send your work to the tutor and they write back with comments on how to develop or improve it

All appointments last up to an hour. Please note that if you book an email appointment you will receive your comments from the tutor by the end of that working day.
