Since 2018, Informa Connect and LJMU have partnered to provide industry-leading postgraduate security courses to support the achievement of candidate’s career growth goals. The security courses are delivered 100% online by the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies (LCAPS). Each security course has combined a recognised academic qualification with innovative and socially oriented aspects of security. The partnership supplies 10 prestigious security courses, each with a Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma and Postgraduate Masters award level. Covering key aspects of Covert Investigation, Criminal Intelligence, Financial Crime, Security and Policing.

All programmes are taught in a distance learning format that is accessible 24/7, from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. The flexibility to study an industry-leading course part-time while still in full-time work means you can schedule your studies to be on any day or at any time that suits your lifestyle. Joining one of the cohorts with fellow security professionals allows for the opportunity also to connect with tutors and like-minded professionals from around the world to discuss, share knowledge and build relationships.
